Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), whichever is greater.

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and policies.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
